Aerosol Can Recycler System makes it easy to puncture cans for legal recycling to avoid the expense, hassle and regulation of hazardous waste handling.

• Recycling system punctures aerosol cans, making them exempt from hazardous waste regulations when properly emptied
• Eliminates the expense of haz waste handling and the risks associated with illegal aerosol disposal
• Minimize the potential for worker injuries caused by VOC release, explosion or fire from unemptied or partially emptied cans
• Can work with domed mini, standard and jumbo aerosol cans (minimum 2" diameter x 5" H; maximum 3" diameter x 9.5" H with sleeve removed)
• Filter captures odors and potentially harmful VOCs released by punctured cans
• Included timestrip indicator takes the guesswork out of filter changeouts; expected filter life is 3 months
• Angled hardened steel pin punctures cans cleanly; will not leave jagged edges
• Unit mounts directly into 2" bung on a 30- or 55-gallon closed-head steel drum; residual liquids drain directly into drum
• Included ground wire ca help to prevent buildup of static electricity
• Meet waste minimization goals by selling scrap steel
• Drums should not be filled more than 70% full in order to provide proper displacement for released contents
