Product Information
All information provided about SpillTech® products is based
upon testing and data believed to be accurate. However, the
reliability of this information is not subject to any guarantee.
Handling and Disposal
Liquids absorbed by SpillTech® products are not rendered
less hazardous, less toxic or less flammable by absorption;
liquids remain in their original states. Therefore, caution
in the handling, storage, disposal or cleaning of SpillTech®
products after use should be in accordance with the original
liquids absorbed. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet of
each liquid absorbed for proper handling. SpillTech® products
must be transported and disposed of in compliance with local,
state and federal regulations. SpillTech does not recommend
specific procedures due to variances in regulations, applications
and liquids used.
Warranty
SpillTech will replace any product found to be defective in
material or workmanship. This warranty shall only apply where
the buyer has issued written notice to SpillTech within thirty
(30) days of purchase; it does not extend to product abuse,
misuse, neglect or accident, nor to product repaired or altered
by any other than SpillTech. This warranty is exclusive and
in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will SpillTech's liability for its Products exceed
the purchase price paid for its Products. SpillTech will not
be liable under any circumstances for any special, indirect,
consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited
to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss
of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
